3. Scope of Work – Electrician Services
This Purchase Order authorises the Electrician, Sparkline Electrical Solutions Ltd., to carry out the following electrical works at the project site located in United Kingdom Birmingham. The Electrician shall comply with all applicable regulations under the UK Building Regulations (Part P), the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, and the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). All work must be executed to the highest professional standard expected of a qualified Electrician operating within the United Kingdom Birmingham region.

5. Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of all wiring and consumer unit installation; 30% upon final certification and handover.
- Payment Method: BACS bank transfer to the Electrician's nominated account. Reference: PO-BHM-2025-04782.
- Payment Due: Within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid VAT invoice from the Electrician.
- Late Payment: Interest on overdue amounts shall accrue at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Retention: 5% of the final payment shall be retained for a period of 12 months to cover any latent defects identified during the warranty period.
6. Terms & Conditions
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- The Electrician warrants that all work shall be carried out by fully qualified and NICEIC-registered electricians, and that all materials supplied shall be new, of first quality, and compliant with UKCA/CE marking requirements.
- The Electrician shall maintain adequate Public Liability Insurance (minimum £10,000,000) and Employers' Liability Insurance (minimum £10,000,000) for the full duration of the contract and shall provide certificates upon request.
- The Electrician shall comply with all health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, and all site-specific safety protocols at the United Kingdom Birmingham project location.
- The Electrician shall not subcontract any portion of the electrical works without prior written consent from the Purchasing Entity. Any approved subcontractor shall be equally bound by the terms of this Purchase Order.
- Changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing via a formal variation order. No additional charges shall be incurred without prior authorisation under this Purchase Order.
- The Electrician shall provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all labour and 24-month warranty on all materials and equipment. The fire alarm and emergency lighting systems carry a 10-year parts and labour warranty as specified in Item 04 and 05.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all commercial information exchanged under this Purchase Order as strictly confidential.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations have been fulfilled and final payment has been settled.
7. Acceptance & Authorisation
By signing below, both parties confirm that this Purchase Order for Electrician services in United Kingdom Birmingham has been reviewed, understood, and agreed upon in full. The Electrician accepts the scope of work, pricing, and all terms and conditions set forth in this document.
