All work shall comply with the national electrical codes of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent municipal building regulations, and international IEC standards as adopted in Uzbekistan Tashkent.

The Electrician and the full electrical services team shall commence work on 20 June 2025 at the project site in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The entire scope of electrical installation, inspection, and commissioning shall be completed no later than 15 September 2025. The Electrician shall submit a written progress report to the Purchaser every Friday. Any delays caused by the Electrician beyond the agreed timeline shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.

• Advance Payment (30%): 338,700,000 UZS shall be paid within five (5) business days of the signing of this Purchase Order and confirmation of the Electrician's mobilization at the Tashkent site.
• Progress Payment (40%): 451,600,000 UZS shall be paid upon completion of all wiring, panel installation, and system integration, subject to interim inspection by the Purchaser's representative in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
• Final Payment (30%): 338,700,000 UZS shall be paid within ten (10) business days after successful final commissioning, issuance of the electrical safety certificate by the Electrician, and handover of all as-built documentation.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Tashkent Electrician Services JSC at the National Bank of Uzbekistan, Tashkent branch. Currency of payment: Uzbekistan Som (UZS).

• This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable commercial regulations in force in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
• The Electrician shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, safety gear, and materials unless otherwise specified in the scope of work. All materials must meet Uzbek national standards (O'z DSt) and be sourced from approved suppliers within Uzbekistan where possible.
• The Electrician shall maintain full liability insurance covering workmen's compensation, third-party liability, and professional indemnity for the duration of the project in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
• The Electrician shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the State Labor Inspectorate of Uzbekistan. Any violation may result in immediate suspension of work under this Purchase Order.
• All electrical work shall be performed in accordance with the Tashkent City Construction Committee permits and the electrical installation regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• The Electrician warrants that all work shall be free from defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final commissioning. During this warranty period, any electrical faults shall be rectified by the Electrician at no additional cost to the Purchaser.
• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
• This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted by the Electrician without prior written consent from the Purchaser.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical, financial, and commercial information exchanged under this Purchase Order.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Electrician and associated electrical services in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties upon execution.
