This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Technology Solutions SpA to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Electronics Engineer to provide specialized technical services at our primary facility located in Chile Santiago. The scope of work encompasses the design, prototyping, testing, and commissioning of embedded electronic systems for our industrial automation division. The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following milestones at the Chile Santiago facility:
- Complete schematic design and BOM (Bill of Materials) for three (3) new product lines within the first 90 days of contract commencement.
- Functional prototype units delivered to the Chile Santiago engineering lab no later than month four.
- Full EMC and EMI testing reports compliant with Chilean telecommunications regulations (SUBTEL) by month seven.
- Production-ready Gerber files, assembly drawings, and test procedures handed over to the manufacturing team in Santiago by month eleven.
- Monthly progress reports submitted to the procurement department of Andes Technology Solutions SpA, Santiago office.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Chilean Civil Code and the applicable commercial regulations of the Republic of Chile. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
- The Electronics Engineer shall maintain valid professional registration with the Colegio de Ingenieros de Chile and shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CLP 50,000,000.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order shall take place primarily at the Chile Santiago premises specified herein. Remote work is permitted for up to 20% of contracted hours, subject to prior written approval.
- The vendor shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the Superintendencia de Seguridad Social (SUSESO) in Chile Santiago.
- Intellectual property developed under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Andes Technology Solutions SpA. The Electronics Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified on the vendor's invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the vendor shall be compensated for work completed up to the termination date.
- All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-CH-04871) and include the vendor's RUT for tax compliance in Chile.
This Purchase Order constitutes a binding commitment upon signature by both parties. The Electronics Engineer services described herein are critical to the operational continuity of Andes Technology Solutions SpA in Chile Santiago, and timely execution is of the essence.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. The vendor must confirm acceptance in writing and return a signed copy to the procurement office in Santiago, Chile. Failure to confirm within the validity period shall render this Purchase Order null and void. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the Procurement Department, Andes Technology Solutions SpA, Av.
