This Purchase Order is issued by Guangzhou Advanced Circuit Solutions Co., Ltd. for the procurement of a qualified Electronics Engineer to be deployed and stationed at the company's primary research and development facility located in China Guangzhou. The selected Electronics Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional experience in analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity analysis, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing is required. Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Cadence OrCAD, Altium Designer, MATLAB/Simulink, and Keysight VNA equipment is mandatory. The Electronics Engineer shall also demonstrate working knowledge of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 61000 series standards and the China National Standard (GB) 4943.1 for information technology equipment safety, as these regulations govern all products manufactured and distributed within China Guangzhou and the broader Guangdong Province region.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the account designated by Shenzhen Elite Technical Staffing Group Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be due within fifteen (15) business days of the Electronics Engineer's confirmed start date in China Guangzhou; forty percent (40%) shall be due at the completion of the sixth (6th) month of service; and the remaining thirty percent (30%) shall be due upon successful completion of the twelfth (12th) month and final performance evaluation. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
The Electronics Engineer shall report for duty at the Guangzhou Advanced Circuit Solutions R&D Center, Building 12, Tianhe Science Park, China Guangzhou, no later than 09:00 hours (CST, UTC+8) on 1 August 2025. The supplying party shall ensure that all work permits, social insurance registrations, and local household registration (hukou) liaison procedures required for employment in China Guangzhou are completed prior to the commencement date. Failure to meet the commencement deadline shall entitle the purchasing party to a liquidated damages claim of 2,000 CNY per day of delay, up to a maximum of thirty (30) days.
Confidentiality: The Electronics Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary circuit schematics, firmware source code, and product roadmaps developed at the China Guangzhou facility. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action under the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China.
Intellectual Property: All work product, inventions, and designs created by the Electronics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole and exclusive property of Guangzhou Advanced Circuit Solutions Co., Ltd.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the Guangzhou International Arbitration Court (CIETAC Guangzhou Sub-Commission) for binding arbitration conducted in China Guangzhou.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 72 hours of the event occurring.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized representatives. The Electronics Engineer's engagement is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, reference verification, and a practical technical assessment administered by the purchasing party's engineering leadership team in China Guangzhou.
