This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Electronics & Engineering Solutions S.A.E. to procure specialized laboratory equipment, test instruments, and electronic components required for the ongoing research and development program led by our in-house Electronics Engineer team. The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project, Dr. Mona Fathy, has submitted a detailed technical specification sheet (Reference: SPEC-AEX-2025-019) outlining the exact requirements for signal generation, oscilloscope analysis, microcontroller prototyping, and high-frequency circuit testing. All items listed in this Purchase Order must conform to the specifications approved for use in the Egypt Alexandria R&D facility. All goods must be delivered to the receiving warehouse at the Egypt Alexandria facility located at 142 Corniche El-Nil Street, Smouha District, Egypt Alexandria. The supplier shall arrange freight via a licensed Egyptian logistics provider and ensure that all items are properly crated, shock-absorbed, and climate-controlled during transit. The Electronics Engineer designated for this Purchase Order will conduct a 48-hour burn-in and functional verification test upon receipt. Delivery is required no later than 28 June 2025. Any delay beyond this date will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, capped at 5%.
7.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Egyptian Commercial Code.
7.2 All equipment must carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty valid in Egypt Alexandria and the wider Egyptian market.
7.3 The Electronics Engineer responsible for acceptance testing reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the technical specifications referenced in SPEC-AEX-2025-019.
7.4 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 calendar days of the date of the commercial invoice, provided that all items have been accepted by the Electronics Engineer.
7.5 The supplier shall provide full technical documentation, user manuals in both Arabic and English, and calibration certificates for all instruments listed in this Purchase Order.
7.6 Any modification to the scope, quantity, or specifications of this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties before execution.
7.7 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Egypt Alexandria.
