This Purchase Order is issued by TechNova Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Electronics Engineer to be deployed at our research and development facility located in India Bangalore. The Electronics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation of embedded electronic systems, printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, signal integrity analysis, and firmware integration for our next-generation industrial IoT product line. The engagement is structured as a full-time, on-site professional services contract based in India Bangalore.

The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized Indian institution, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in embedded systems design. A Master's degree (M.Tech/M.S.) in VLSI, Microwave Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and ARM Cortex-M based microcontroller platforms. Prior experience working in the India Bangalore electronics manufacturing ecosystem, particularly in the Electronic City or Whitefield industrial corridors, is considered a significant advantage. The Electronics Engineer must be available for full-time on-site work at the India Bangalore facility, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, with flexibility for project-critical deadlines.
Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between TechNova Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and CircuitMind Engineering Services LLP upon countersignature. All services shall be rendered in accordance with the scope defined herein and applicable Indian labor and professional service regulations.
- The Electronics Engineer shall report directly to the Head of Hardware Engineering at the India Bangalore R&D campus. Weekly progress reports and monthly deliverable summaries shall be submitted to the procurement and project management teams.
- Payment shall be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account designated by the supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO/EBL/2025/EE-0472) and include a valid GST invoice as mandated by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), Government of India.
- The supplier shall ensure that the Electronics Engineer is fully compliant with all statutory requirements including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (Karnataka), and applicable income tax deductions as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 of India.
- All intellectual property, design files, schematics, netlists, firmware code, and documentation created by the Electronics Engineer during the course of this engagement shall be the exclusive property of TechNova Solutions Pvt. Ltd. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement must be executed prior to commencement.
- The Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date, subject to a final deliverable acceptance review.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in India Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction of the courts in India Bangalore shall be exclusive.
- The supplier warrants that the Electronics Engineer shall adhere to all safety protocols, confidentiality policies, and code of conduct established by TechNova Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at the India Bangalore facility. Violation of security or confidentiality protocols may result in immediate termination without notice.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India. Any amendments or modifications to this document must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
