This Purchase Order is issued by Abidjan Techno Solutions SARL to procure the professional services of a qualified Electronics Engineer to be deployed at the company's primary manufacturing and R&D facility located in the Plateau district of Ivory Coast Abidjan. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full-time engagement of a senior-level Electronics Engineer responsible for the design, prototyping, testing, and maintenance of embedded electronic systems, printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies, and industrial control units that are integral to the company's product lines.
The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be a certified professional holding a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in the design and implementation of complex electronic systems. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in circuit design using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, and MATLAB/Simulink, as well as hands-on experience with microcontroller platforms including ARM Cortex-M, STM32, and ESP32 architectures.
All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed on-site at the Abidjan Techno Solutions facility in Ivory Coast Abidjan, with the Electronics Engineer expected to be present at the workplace no later than 07:30 AM and no earlier than 17:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the standard working hours recognized under the Ivorian Labour Code (Code du Travail de la Côte d'Ivoire).

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, including the Ivorian Commercial Code and the Labour Code applicable to professional service engagements in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
4.2 The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, ensuring that all designs, schematics, firmware code, and technical documentation produced during the engagement remain the exclusive property of Abidjan Techno Solutions SARL.
4.3 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Ivory Coast Abidjan within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated by Ivorian commercial law.
4.4 The vendor shall ensure that the Electronics Engineer maintains all necessary professional registrations, insurance coverage, and work permits valid for the duration of this Purchase Order. Any lapse in compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor.
4.5 Abidjan Techno Solutions SARL reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of sustained underperformance, breach of confidentiality, or material non-compliance with the scope of work defined herein.
4.6 All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within sixty (60) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
The Electronics Engineer shall commence duties on or before 1 July 2025 at the Abidjan Techno Solutions SARL facility, Route d'Albigny, Zone 4, Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The initial equipment and workstation setup (Line Item 02) shall be delivered and installed no later than 28 June 2025 to ensure the Electronics Engineer has full operational capability from the first day of engagement.
