The Electronics Engineer is expected to be physically present at the Japan Kyoto site no fewer than five (5) business days per week during the engagement period. Equipment deliveries must be made to the receiving dock at the Japan Kyoto facility between 08:00 and 17:00 JST, Monday through Friday. The vendor shall coordinate all logistics and customs clearance (if applicable) to ensure timely delivery to the Japan Kyoto location.

• Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of the Electronics Engineer's mid-project milestone (Month 3); 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables in Japan Kyoto.

• 7.4. The vendor warrants that the Electronics Engineer shall maintain all required professional certifications throughout the engagement period and shall notify the buyer in writing within 48 hours of any change in certification status.
• 7.5. Equipment delivered under this Purchase Order shall be new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum 24-month warranty applies to all electronic instruments. Warranty service shall be provided at the Japan Kyoto facility or at the vendor's nearest authorized service center in Kyoto Prefecture.
• 7.6. The buyer reserves the right to inspect and test all equipment upon delivery at the Japan Kyoto site. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.
• 7.7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Japan Kyoto region (earthquakes, typhoons, volcanic activity), shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order for the duration of the event plus a reasonable recovery period.
• 7.8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
