- Delivery Location: HydroTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Laboratory, 3rd Floor, Boudha Road, Nepal Kathmandu 44600. All goods must be delivered to this address within Nepal Kathmandu city limits.
- Delivery Deadline: All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered no later than 30 July 2025. Late delivery beyond 5 working days entitles the buyer to a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day, capped at 5%.
- Installation: The supplier shall provide on-site installation and commissioning of all instruments at the Nepal Kathmandu facility. A qualified technician must accompany the delivery to ensure proper setup for the Electronics Engineer team.
- Warranty: All equipment carries a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty service must be available within Nepal Kathmandu or within a 48-hour response window from any location in Nepal.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Nepal within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and delivery confirmation. The buyer reserves the right to withhold 10% of the total Purchase Order value until successful commissioning is certified by the project Electronics Engineer.
- Compliance: All electronic instruments must carry valid BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) or equivalent international certification and must be registered with the Nepal Standards and Metrology Department prior to installation in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Nepal. The governing language for all documents related to this Purchase Order shall be English.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters (including earthquakes common to the Nepal Kathmandu region), government-imposed restrictions, or acts of God, provided written notice is given within 72 hours of the event.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. The supplier confirms that all items are new, unused, and conform to the specifications required by the Electronics Engineer team at HydroTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal Kathmandu. This Purchase Order becomes binding upon countersignature by both authorized representatives.
