This Purchase Order is issued by the Federal Communications Infrastructure Development Agency (FCIDA) to procure the professional services of a qualified Electronics Engineer for the design, implementation, and commissioning of a telecommunications signal relay network across the Federal Capital Territory. The Electronics Engineer shall be physically based in Nigeria Abuja for the duration of the project and shall report directly to the Project Management Office located at Wuse II, Nigeria Abuja.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become a binding contract upon written acceptance by the Supplier within seven (7) calendar days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Place of Performance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be executed in Nigeria Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. The Electronics Engineer shall maintain a permanent operational base in Nigeria Abuja for the entire contract period.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) tranches: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 50% upon successful commissioning and acceptance of the relay network in Nigeria Abuja, and 20% upon completion of the 12-month warranty period. All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account designated by TechBridge Engineering Solutions Ltd.
- Qualifications: The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (B.Eng. EEE) from a recognized institution in Nigeria, be a registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and possess a valid professional practice certificate valid in Nigeria Abuja.
- Compliance: The Supplier and the Electronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) regulations, the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) directives, and all local bylaws of the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria Abuja.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, schematics, and technical documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of FCIDA, Nigeria Abuja, upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer shall not replicate or distribute such materials without written authorization.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Electronics Engineer shall hand over all work-in-progress materials and documentation to FCIDA at the Nigeria Abuja project site.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Nigeria Abuja.
