The Electronics Engineer shall be responsible for all electrical and electronic subsystems including but not limited to building management systems (BMS), low-voltage distribution networks, fire alarm and detection systems, structured cabling infrastructure, and integrated security electronics. The Electronics Engineer must hold a valid Qatar Professional Card and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in commercial and residential electronics engineering within the State of Qatar.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Issuing Organization and the Electronics Engineer upon countersignature. All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
- The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Qatar Doha municipal regulations, Qatar Civil Defense requirements, and the Qatar Building Code for all electronic and electrical installations.
- Payment shall be made in monthly progress installments based on verified milestones. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month. Payment terms are Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice.
- A performance bond equivalent to 10% of the total Purchase Order value (QAR 96,600) shall be submitted by the Electronics Engineer prior to the commencement date. The bond shall be released upon successful handover and completion of the warranty period.
- The Electronics Engineer is required to maintain valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 5,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- All work shall be performed in accordance with the approved project specifications. Any deviation or variation must be approved in writing by the project manager before execution.
- The Electronics Engineer shall provide a minimum of two (2) site visits per week at the Lusail Tower Complex in Qatar Doha and shall be available for emergency call-outs within four (4) hours during the installation and commissioning phases.
- Confidentiality: All project data, system schematics, and proprietary information exchanged under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Issuing Organization. The Electronics Engineer shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the Electronics Engineer shall be compensated for all work completed and verified up to the termination date.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Qatar Doha in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Center (QIAC).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order. The Electronics Engineer confirms availability to commence services on or before 01 July 2025 at the designated project site in Qatar Doha.
