The Electronics Engineer is expected to deliver comprehensive technical solutions including but not limited to: schematic design of multi-layer printed circuit boards, firmware development for ARM-based microcontroller platforms, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance verification per GOST R 51317 standards, and full documentation packages suitable for mass production. All deliverables must conform to the technical specifications outlined in Annex A of this Purchase Order and must be completed within the Russia Moscow metropolitan area unless otherwise authorized in writing by the project director.

4.1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Moscow Industrial Electronics Group LLC and the named Electronics Engineer upon signature by both parties. All work shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards established by the Russian Union of Electrical Engineers and the regulatory framework of Russia Moscow.

4.2. The Electronics Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 RUB throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to commencing work at the Russia Moscow facility.

4.3. Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery of the prototype and firmware, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and documentation. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1.

4.4. The Electronics Engineer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary designs, trade secrets, and technical data encountered during the execution of this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive termination of the contract for a period of five (5) years.

4.5. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow, Russia Moscow, in accordance with the rules of the Moscow Arbitration Court. The governing law shall be the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

4.6. The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable to engineering work in Russia Moscow, including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment in the laboratory and testing areas.

4.7. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered valid.
