The Electronics Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from an accredited institution, possess a valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) professional license, and demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in industrial electronics, PCB design, firmware development, and automated control systems. The Electronics Engineer shall report directly to the Project Manager assigned by Al-Nakheel Industrial Solutions and shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and the technical standards set forth by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).

Payment shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account. The payment schedule for this Purchase Order is as follows:

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
