• Preparation of comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, bill of materials (BOM), test procedures, and user manuals, all to be delivered in both Arabic and English.
• On-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance verification at the buyer's facility located in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, Al Olaya District.
• Provision of a minimum of 90 days of post-commissioning technical support and remote diagnostics.
• Compliance with all applicable regulations issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) and the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST).

• 30% advance payment (SAR 185,265.00) upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and submission of a signed service agreement.
