The Electronics Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

• Design, simulation, and prototyping of mixed-signal integrated circuits for the buyer's next-generation sensor platform.
• Development and validation of printed circuit board (PCB) layouts conforming to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.
• Conducting electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and ensuring compliance with Singapore Singapore telecommunications regulations.
• Preparing technical documentation, including schematics, bill of materials (BOM), and test reports, to be delivered in accordance with the buyer's quality management system.
• Providing on-site technical support at the buyer's facility located in Singapore Singapore for a minimum of three (3) days per week.
• Mentoring junior engineering staff and contributing to the internal knowledge base of the buyer's electronics engineering division.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon countersignature. All services described herein shall be performed exclusively within the territory of Singapore Singapore.
2. The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Singapore Council of Higher Education, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience.
3. The Supplier shall ensure that the Electronics Engineer complies with all applicable employment, immigration, and work permit regulations in Singapore Singapore. Any non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the Supplier.
4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Singapore Singapore within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number.
5. All intellectual property, designs, schematics, and documentation produced by the Electronics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in the Buyer upon full payment.
6. The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 1,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order in Singapore Singapore.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing resolution, through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Singapore.
