Scope of Work & Item Description

This Purchase Order is issued by Anatolia Advanced Technologies A.S., headquartered in Turkey Ankara, to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Electronics Engineer for a period of twelve (12) months. The Electronics Engineer shall be engaged to support the design, development, testing, and validation of next-generation embedded electronic systems for the company's defense and telecommunications product lines. Qualification Requirements for the Electronics Engineer

The Electronics Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications, as mandated by the purchasing entity operating in Turkey Ankara:

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği) from an accredited Turkish university or an internationally recognized institution, with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in embedded systems design.
  2. Professional membership in the Turkish Chamber of Engineers (TMMOB) and a valid engineering license (Mühendislik Belgesi) issued by the relevant authority in Turkey Ankara.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD), simulation software (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink), and embedded programming (C/C++, ARM Cortex-M, RISC-V architectures).
  4. Experience with EMC/EMI testing protocols in compliance with IEC 61000 series standards and Turkish national regulations enforced by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in Ankara.
  5. Fluency in Turkish for all on-site communication and documentation; working proficiency in English for international technical correspondence.
  6. Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) at the buyer's premises in Turkey Ankara, with occasional travel to project sites within the Ankara metropolitan area.
Terms and Conditions
  1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey.
  2. Intellectual Property: All designs, schematics, firmware code, test reports, and technical documentation produced by the Electronics Engineer in the course of this engagement shall be the sole and exclusive property of Anatolia Advanced Technologies A.S. The Electronics Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
  3. Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account designated by Marmara Engineering Solutions Ltd. Şti. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
  4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
  5. Insurance and Liability: The Electronics Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 5,000,000 throughout the contract period. The service provider shall indemnify the buyer against any claims arising from negligence or professional misconduct.
  6. Compliance: The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Turkish labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations (İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu), and data protection requirements under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK / Law No. 6698).
  7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics, as defined under Turkish law.
  8. Amendments: Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of Electronics Engineer professional services in Turkey Ankara. The undersigned confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this document.
