The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from a recognized Algerian or international university, possess a valid professional license issued by the Algerian Order of Engineers (Ordre National des Ingénieurs), and demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) years of practical experience in environmental consulting within the Algeria Algiers region or equivalent North African jurisdictions.

The Environmental Engineer contracted under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and deliverables:

• Conduct a full Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in compliance with Algerian Law 01-19 of 12 December 2001 relating to the protection of the environment and its implementing decrees, applicable to the Rouiba industrial site in Algeria Algiers.
• Prepare air quality monitoring reports, water resource impact analyses, and soil contamination surveys for the project area.
• Develop a comprehensive Environmental Management Plan (EMP) aligned with the standards of the Algerian Ministry of Energy and Mines and the Ministry of Environment.
