4. Confidentiality: The Environmental Engineer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, trade secrets, and operational information of Grupo Ambiental del Plata S.A. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
5. Insurance: The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 10,000,000 for the duration of the engagement. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement of work.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Environmental Engineer shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, plus reasonable costs incurred in the wind-down of ongoing activities in Argentina Buenos Aires.
