• Performing air quality monitoring, water resource mapping, and soil contamination analysis across the 14.2 km corridor located in the northern and central districts of Colombia Bogotá.
• Preparing the Environmental Management Plan (PMA) and the Environmental Monitoring Plan (PAMA) for submission to the Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA) and the Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente de Bogotá.
• Coordinating community engagement sessions with local residents, indigenous groups, and neighborhood associations in the affected zones of Colombia Bogotá.
• Providing monthly progress reports, risk mitigation strategies, and corrective action recommendations to the project management team.
• Ensuring full compliance with Colombian environmental legislation, including Law 99 of 1993, Law 1333 of 2009, and all applicable decrees and resolutions of the District of Bogotá.

All prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP). The total amount is equivalent to approximately USD 78,689 at the exchange rate of 4,000 COP/USD as of the date of this Purchase Order.

1. Place of Performance: All services under this Purchase Order shall be executed exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Colombia Bogotá, District Capital, Republic of Colombia. Any fieldwork extending to neighboring municipalities (Soacha, Chía, Cota, Funza) must be pre-approved in writing by the issuing company.
2. Professional Qualification: The Environmental Engineer assigned to this contract must hold a valid degree in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline from a Colombian university, a current professional license (Registro Calificado) issued by the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, and a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in environmental consulting within Colombia.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in six (6) equal monthly installments of COP 52,459,167 (including IVA), due within fifteen (15) calendar days following the receipt of a valid invoice and the corresponding monthly progress report. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Terra Verde Consultores Ambientales Ltda.
4. Intellectual Property: All reports, data, plans, and deliverables produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Andes Environmental Solutions S.A.S. The Environmental Engineer and the vendor company waive any claim to ownership upon full payment.
5. Confidentiality: The vendor and the Environmental Engineer agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project data, community information, and proprietary methodologies encountered during the execution of services in Colombia Bogotá.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the vendor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial and civil laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Bogotá D.C.
8. Compliance: The vendor warrants that the Environmental Engineer and all subcontractors comply with Colombian labor law (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo), social security obligations (Pensión, Salud, ARL), and all environmental regulations applicable in Colombia Bogotá.
