The Environmental Engineer shall be based and operate primarily within the administrative boundaries of France Paris, ensuring full familiarity with local environmental regulations, municipal planning codes, and the specific ecological conditions of the Paris metropolitan area.

The scope of work under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to: the preparation of environmental impact studies for proposed urban development projects in the 13th, 15th, and 19th arrondissements of France Paris; the design and oversight of stormwater management systems in accordance with French environmental law (Code de l'Environnement); the assessment of air quality and noise pollution levels across designated zones in France Paris; and the development of a five-year ecological restoration plan for the Seine riverbanks within the city limits.

4.1 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France Paris.

4.2 The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional registration with the Ordre des Ingénieurs and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in environmental engineering within the French regulatory framework. All deliverables must comply with the French Environmental Code (Code de l'Environnement) and applicable European Union directives as transposed into French law.

4.3 Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the mid-project review, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports and plans. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by ÉcoIngénierie Paris SAS.

4.4 The Environmental Engineer shall submit monthly progress reports to the Buyer's designated project manager. All fieldwork, sampling, and site inspections must be conducted within the administrative boundaries of France Paris unless prior written authorization is granted by the Buyer for work in the broader Île-de-France region.

4.5 The Supplier warrants that all data, analyses, and recommendations provided by the Environmental Engineer shall be accurate, complete, and free from intellectual property infringement. The Supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.

4.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach. Upon termination, the Supplier shall deliver all work-in-progress documents and data collected to date within fourteen (14) days.

The Environmental Engineer shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025. The full programme of services described in this Purchase Order shall be completed by 31 December 2025. All final deliverables, including the consolidated Environmental Impact Assessment report, the compliance audit findings, the stormwater design documentation, the air quality monitoring summary, and the Seine riverbank restoration plan, must be submitted to the Buyer's offices at 112 Rue de Rivoli, 75004 France Paris, in both hard copy (three (3) bound copies) and electronic PDF format.
