This Purchase Order is issued by GreenSolutions Engineering GmbH for the engagement of a qualified Environmental Engineer to provide specialized consulting, assessment, and compliance services at our operational site in Germany Frankfurt. The Environmental Engineer shall be responsible for conducting environmental impact assessments, managing waste treatment systems, ensuring regulatory compliance with the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), and overseeing sustainability initiatives across all facilities located in the Frankfurt metropolitan area.
The scope of work under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to: soil and groundwater contamination analysis, air quality monitoring in accordance with EU Directive 2008/50/EC, noise pollution assessment, stormwater management planning, and preparation of environmental permits required by the Hessisches Landesamt für Naturschutz, Umwelt und Geologie (HLUG). The Environmental Engineer must hold a recognized degree in Environmental Engineering or a closely related discipline and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in industrial environmental compliance within Germany.

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
4.2 The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must comply with all applicable German and European environmental regulations, including but not limited to the Federal-Immission-Control Act (BImSchG), the Federal Water Act (WHG), and the Circular Economy Act (KrWG).
4.3 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified by the vendor. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under § 288 BGB.
4.4 The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
4.5 All deliverables, reports, and assessments produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of GreenSolutions Engineering GmbH upon full payment.
4.6 The vendor warrants that the Environmental Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order is fully qualified, licensed, and authorized to perform environmental engineering services in Germany Frankfurt and the state of Hesse.
4.7 Cancellation: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days written notice. In the event of early termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date.
4.8 Health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at the Germany Frankfurt site must be strictly observed by the Environmental Engineer and any supporting personnel.
