1. Description of Services – Environmental Engineer EngagementThis Purchase Order is issued by GreenScape Environmental Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to EcoConsult Engineering & Environmental Services LLP for the professional services of a qualified Environmental Engineer to be deployed at our project site located in India Bangalore. The Environmental Engineer shall provide comprehensive environmental compliance, impact assessment, and sustainability advisory services in accordance with the regulations enforced by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) and the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) of India.

The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the designated project site in India Bangalore:
- Conduct daily environmental monitoring of air emissions, water discharge, and noise levels in compliance with KSPCB standards applicable to the Bangalore industrial zone.
- Maintain and update the Environmental Compliance Register and ensure all statutory returns are filed on time with the relevant authorities in Karnataka.
- Coordinate with the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) office in Bangalore for inspections, audits, and renewal of environmental clearances.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly environmental performance reports for internal management review and statutory submission.
- Advise on green building practices, rainwater harvesting, and solar energy integration as per the Bangalore Municipal Corporation (BBMP) sustainability guidelines.
- Manage the lifecycle of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated at the site in accordance with the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
- Provide emergency response planning for environmental incidents and conduct bi-annual mock drills at the Bangalore facility.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- The Environmental Engineer shall be a qualified professional holding a valid membership with the Institution of Engineers (India) – IES Bangalore Chapter, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in industrial environmental management.
- The vendor shall ensure that the Environmental Engineer complies with all local labor laws, including the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, and applicable provisions of the Code on Wages, 2019.
- Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the vendor's designated bank account in Bangalore. Invoices must include a valid GST invoice as per the GST Act, 2017, applicable in India.
- The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than INR 50,00,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In case of termination, payment shall be made for services rendered up to the termination date.
- All data, reports, and documents generated by the Environmental Engineer during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of GreenScape Environmental Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- The vendor shall bear all costs associated with travel, accommodation, and local transportation within Bangalore for the Environmental Engineer during the engagement period.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, scope of work, and financial obligations outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of an Environmental Engineer at the project site in India Bangalore.
