10. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by volcanic activity (including but not limited to eruptions or seismic events associated with Mount Vesuvius or the Campi Flegrei caldera), flooding, or other natural disasters affecting the Naples, Italy region, provided that the affected party notifies the other within forty-eight (48) hours of the event.
