This Purchase Order is issued by Yangon Green Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd. to Delta Environmental Consulting & Engineering Services (Pvt.) Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Environmental Engineer and associated technical team to deliver comprehensive environmental impact assessment, monitoring, and remediation services for the proposed Yangon Coastal Industrial Corridor Project. The Environmental Engineer shall be responsible for all phases of environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance with the Myanmar Environmental Conservation Department (ECD), and ongoing ecological monitoring throughout the project lifecycle in Myanmar Yangon.

All prices are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. Exchange rate reference: 1 USD ≈ 5,100 MMK as of the date of this Purchase Order.
- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Supplier within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute automatic acceptance.
- Performance: The Environmental Engineer and all supporting personnel shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025 at the designated project site in Myanmar Yangon. All deliverables must comply with the standards set forth by the Myanmar Environmental Conservation Department and applicable international environmental guidelines.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the EIA submission and approval, and 30% upon final project acceptance and handover of all documentation. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within Myanmar Yangon.
- Quality Assurance: The Environmental Engineer shall maintain a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in environmental engineering, hold a valid Myanmar Professional Engineers Council (MPEC) license, and possess a Master's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Compliance: All work performed under this Purchase Order must adhere to the Environmental Conservation Law of Myanmar (2012), the Environmental Conservation Rules (2013), and all applicable Myanmar Yangon municipal by-laws governing industrial and environmental operations.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Environmental Engineer and all team members shall sign individual non-disclosure agreements prior to commencing fieldwork in Myanmar Yangon.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for all work completed and documented up to the date of termination.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Myanmar Yangon, and failing resolution within sixty (60) days, shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within five (5) business days of the occurrence.
All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the project site located in Myanmar Yangon, specifically at the Yangon Coastal Industrial Corridor development zone, Hlaing Township, and at the Supplier's laboratory facilities in Myanmar Yangon. All physical deliverables, including printed reports, data logs, and sample containers, shall be delivered to the Buyer's office at One Raffles Tower, North Okkalapa Township, Myanmar Yangon.
