• 3.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• 3.2 The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Dutch professional registration (SIA or equivalent) and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in environmental remediation projects within the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
• 3.3 Payment terms: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears. Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by AquaTerra Environmental Engineering N.V.
