This Purchase Order is issued by GreenScape Environmental Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. to formally engage the services of a qualified Environmental Engineer and associated professional team for the execution of environmental compliance, monitoring, and impact assessment activities in Pakistan Karachi. The Environmental Engineer shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from a HEC-recognized university in Pakistan, possess at least eight (8) years of post-qualification experience in environmental consultancy, and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The Environmental Engineer shall be physically present at the project site in Karachi for a minimum of five (5) working days per week throughout the contract duration.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between GreenScape Environmental Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. and EnviroTech Professional Services (Pvt.) Ltd. upon countersignature by both parties. All services shall be rendered in Pakistan Karachi unless otherwise directed in writing by the Project Director.
2. The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be solely responsible for the technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and professional integrity of all deliverables. Any misrepresentation of qualifications or experience shall render this Purchase Order void at the sole discretion of the Buyer.
3. Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and satisfactory progress report. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in a commercial bank operating in Pakistan Karachi.
4. The Environmental Engineer shall submit a detailed work plan within seven (7) calendar days of the commencement date. All reports, assessments, and compliance documents shall be submitted in both English and Urdu, as required by the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency in Pakistan Karachi.
5. Any variation in scope, duration, or deliverables must be approved in writing via a formal amendment to this Purchase Order. No verbal instructions shall be considered valid for the purpose of additional billing.
6. The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than PKR 50,000,000 for the duration of the contract. A copy of the insurance certificate shall be submitted prior to the commencement of services in Pakistan Karachi.
7. In the event of breach, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. Upon termination, the vendor shall be compensated only for services satisfactorily rendered up to the date of termination.
8. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940. The language of arbitration shall be English.
9. The Environmental Engineer shall comply with all applicable labor laws of Pakistan, including the Sindh Industrial Establishments (Health, Safety and Welfare) Ordinance, 1969, while performing duties at the project site in Pakistan Karachi.
10. Confidentiality: All project data, environmental baseline information, and proprietary documents shared under this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent of the Buyer.

The services under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and are expected to be completed by 30 June 2026, subject to the milestones outlined in the approved work plan. The Environmental Engineer shall report directly to the Project Director, GreenScape Environmental Solutions, at the project office located in Korangi Industrial Area, Pakistan Karachi.
