3. Scope of Work – Environmental Engineer Services
This Purchase Order is issued by Singapore Singapore Environmental Solutions Pte Ltd to engage a qualified Environmental Engineer to provide comprehensive environmental assessment, monitoring, and remediation advisory services for the Coastal Water Quality Monitoring Programme. The Environmental Engineer shall operate in full compliance with the Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA) of Singapore Singapore, the guidelines issued by the National Environment Agency (NEA), and all applicable regulations of the Singapore Environment Council. The scope of work encompasses the following deliverables:
- Conducting baseline environmental impact assessments for three (3) coastal industrial zones within Singapore Singapore.
- Designing and implementing a continuous water quality monitoring network with real-time sensor deployment.
- Preparing quarterly environmental compliance reports in accordance with NEA reporting standards for Singapore Singapore.
- Providing remediation strategy recommendations for identified pollutant hotspots in the Tuas and Jurong industrial corridors.
- Attending and presenting findings at monthly stakeholder review meetings hosted by Singapore Singapore Environmental Solutions Pte Ltd.
- Delivering a final comprehensive Environmental Impact Report within ninety (90) days of project commencement.

5. Terms and Conditions
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number SS-ENV-2025-04782. All payments shall be processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1.
- Commencement and Duration: The Environmental Engineer engagement shall commence on 1 July 2025 and conclude on 31 December 2025, subject to satisfactory completion of all deliverables outlined in Section 3.
- Compliance: The Environmental Engineer and GreenTech Environmental Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd shall comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable in Singapore Singapore, including but not limited to the EPMA, the Water Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this Purchase Order shall be treated as confidential property of Singapore Singapore Environmental Solutions Pte Ltd. The Environmental Engineer shall not disclose project information to any third party without prior written consent.
- Intellectual Property: All reports, assessments, monitoring data, and remediation strategies produced under this Purchase Order shall be the sole intellectual property of Singapore Singapore Environmental Solutions Pte Ltd.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Environmental Engineer shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre. If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore.
- Insurance: The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than SGD 1,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than SGD 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Singapore Singapore.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or pandemics affecting operations in Singapore Singapore.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, scope of work, and pricing set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Environmental Engineer services in Singapore Singapore.
