- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the supplier. The supplier must confirm receipt and acceptance of this Purchase Order within five (5) business days of the date of issue.
- Service Location: All fieldwork, site inspections, and on-site assessments shall be conducted within the administrative boundaries of Turkey Ankara. The Environmental Engineer and all supporting personnel must be physically present at the designated sites in Turkey Ankara during the contracted service periods.
- Qualification Requirements: The lead Environmental Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Chamber of Environmental Engineers of Turkey and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of documented experience in environmental consulting within Turkey Ankara or equivalent metropolitan regions.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in four (4) equal quarterly installments of TRY 627,000.00 each, due within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Turkish commercial law.
- Deliverables and Reporting: The Environmental Engineer shall submit interim progress reports at the midpoint of each service phase and a final comprehensive report upon completion. All reports must be submitted in both Turkish and English to the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Environmental Directorate.
- Regulatory Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order must strictly comply with the Turkish Environmental Law No. 2872, the Regulation on Environmental Impact Assessment, and all applicable municipal bylaws governing environmental protection in Turkey Ankara.
- Insurance and Liability: The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 5,000,000.00 for the duration of this Purchase Order. The Environmental Engineer assumes full professional liability for the accuracy of all technical assessments and recommendations delivered.
- Confidentiality: All data, sampling results, and proprietary information obtained during the execution of this Purchase Order in Turkey Ankara shall be treated as confidential. The Environmental Engineer and all subcontractors are bound by a non-disclosure agreement for a period of five (5) years following project completion.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, as certified by the supervising Environmental Engineer.
