The Environmental Engineer shall provide comprehensive environmental assessment, remediation planning, regulatory compliance, and sustainability consulting services for multiple client projects located throughout the United States Los Angeles metropolitan area. All professional services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (BPELS) licensing requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations governing the United States Los Angeles region.

1. Professional Licensure: The Environmental Engineer and all senior technical personnel assigned under this Purchase Order must hold active, unrestricted professional engineering licenses issued by the State of California. Licensure numbers shall be provided in writing prior to the commencement of any fieldwork in the United States Los Angeles area.
2. Performance Standards: All Environmental Engineer deliverables shall conform to the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) standards, the California Code of Regulations Title 22, and all applicable U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines. The Environmental Engineer shall ensure that all site-specific work is conducted in full compliance with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board.
3. Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly upon completion of milestone deliverables. Payment is due Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under California Commercial Code Section 2210(d).
4. Insurance Requirements: The vendor shall maintain, at a minimum, General Liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence, Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) insurance of $5,000,000, and Workers' Compensation insurance as required by the State of California. Certificates of insurance naming GreenScape Environmental Consulting Group, Inc. as additional insured shall be provided prior to the start date.
5. Confidentiality: All data, reports, and proprietary information generated in the course of this Purchase Order shall be treated as confidential. The Environmental Engineer shall not disclose client site data to third parties without prior written consent from GreenScape Environmental Consulting Group, Inc.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all Environmental Engineer services rendered and approved deliverables completed through the effective date of termination.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, with venue in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, United States Los Angeles.
8. Change Orders: Any modification to the scope of Environmental Engineer services, project timelines, or deliverables must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties prior to execution of the additional work.
9. Warranty of Services: The Environmental Engineer warrants that all professional services shall be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with the accepted standards of the environmental engineering profession in the United States Los Angeles region. The vendor shall correct any deficiencies in deliverables at no additional cost within thirty (30) days of written notice.
