This Purchase Order is issued by Tashkent Industrial Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to EcoSolutions Central Asia LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the engagement of a qualified Environmental Engineer to perform comprehensive environmental impact assessments, regulatory compliance audits, and sustainability consulting services within the Tashkent metropolitan area and surrounding industrial zones of Uzbekistan Tashkent.
The Environmental Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables:

3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be performed by a certified Environmental Engineer holding a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in environmental consulting within Central Asia.
3.2 All work shall be conducted in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the Environmental Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law on Environmental Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and all applicable municipal regulations of the city of Tashkent. The Environmental Engineer shall ensure that all assessments and recommendations align with the national environmental strategy of Uzbekistan and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations.
3.3 The Supplier shall provide a detailed project timeline within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order. All deliverables shall be submitted in both English and Uzbek languages. Fieldwork shall be conducted at the designated sites within Uzbekistan Tashkent during standard business hours (08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Invoices shall be submitted monthly, and payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Uzbek commercial law.
3.5 The Environmental Engineer assigned to this contract shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
3.6 All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Supplier shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from Tashkent Industrial Development Corporation.
3.7 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, and all completed deliverables shall be handed over to the Buyer.
3.8 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent Arbitration Center. The governing law shall be the civil and commercial legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
NOTE: This Purchase Order for Environmental Engineer services in Uzbekistan Tashkent is subject to final approval by the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of the Environmental Compliance Department of Tashkent Industrial Development Corporation. No work shall commence until written confirmation of acceptance is received by the Supplier.
