All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed within the metropolitan area of Australia Brisbane and its surrounding regions, including but not limited to the South Bank precinct, the Brisbane River foreshore, the Story Bridge corridor, and the Mount Coot-tha lookout area. The Film Director shall be responsible for the complete creative vision, on-set direction of cast and crew, coordination with the cinematography team, and final editorial oversight of the project as it is produced in Australia Brisbane.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Film Director upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia.
- The Film Director shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 and shall complete all principal photography obligations by 30 September 2025, with post-production concluding by 30 November 2025, all within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of the completed film. All payments shall be made via direct bank transfer to the account nominated by the Film Director.
- The Film Director warrants that all creative work delivered under this Purchase Order shall be original, free from intellectual property infringement, and shall comply with all applicable Australian broadcasting and film classification regulations administered by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all production materials, scripts, footage, and business information exchanged under this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement for a period of five (5) years.
