- This Purchase Order is issued by CineVision Productions Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, and constitutes a binding agreement for the engagement of the named Film Director for the feature film production titled "Mumbai Monsoon." All services shall be rendered primarily within the geographical boundaries of India Mumbai unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Film Director shall deliver all creative outputs, including but not limited to shot lists, dailies reviews, and final cut approvals, in accordance with the production schedule approved by the Head of Production. Any deviation from the schedule must be communicated to the procurement department at least 48 hours in advance.
- Payment shall be made in three equal instalments: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 30% upon final delivery of the completed film. All payments shall be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified by the Film Director and domiciled in India Mumbai.
- The Film Director shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, location clearances, and municipal approvals required for filming in India Mumbai, including but not limited to permissions from the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), MMRDA, and local police authorities.
- All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the final film, rough cuts, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional materials, shall vest exclusively with CineVision Productions Pvt. Ltd. The Film Director shall be credited as "Directed by" in all promotional and theatrical releases.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- The Film Director shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of INR 50,00,000 for the duration of the engagement, valid across all India Mumbai shooting locations.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall not be enforceable.
- This Purchase Order shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Failure to accept by the expiry date shall render this document null and void.
