The Film Director engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables:

• Full creative direction of the feature film, including interpretation of the screenplay, visual storytelling, and artistic vision for all 120 shooting days scheduled across India New Delhi and surrounding locations.
• Pre-production planning, including storyboard development, shot-list preparation, location scouting within the India New Delhi metropolitan area, and casting collaboration with the production's casting department.
• On-set direction of all principal and supporting actors, coordination with the cinematography team, art department, sound team, and all technical crew members during the principal photography phase.
• Supervision of the editing process, including selection of takes, pacing, narrative structure, and final cut approval in collaboration with the lead editor at the post-production facility in India New Delhi.
• Attendance at all production meetings, dailies reviews, and creative briefings as scheduled by the production management team.
• Delivery of a final director's cut no later than 45 days following the completion of principal photography.

Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the Film Director as follows:

All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the production offices and studio facilities of Meridian Studios India Pvt. Ltd., located at Nehru Place, India New Delhi, 110019, unless otherwise specified for on-location shoots. The Film Director acknowledges that the primary operational base for this engagement is India New Delhi, and all contractual obligations, meetings, and deliverable handovers shall be coordinated from this location.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India New Delhi.
• The Film Director warrants that all creative work delivered shall be original and free from any intellectual property infringement claims.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the date of termination.
• The Film Director shall maintain professional conduct on set and shall comply with all safety regulations enforced at production facilities in India New Delhi.
