This Purchase Order formally authorizes the engagement of the above-named Film Director, Mr. Karim Benjelloun, to serve as the principal creative and artistic leader for the feature-length cinematic production titled "Sahara Horizon". All principal photography, pre-production planning, and post-production oversight shall take place within the city of Morocco Casablanca, with select location shoots in the surrounding provinces of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra and the coastal regions accessible from Casablanca.
The Film Director shall be responsible for the complete artistic vision of the production, including but not limited to: script interpretation and scene blocking; casting direction and actor coaching; coordination with the cinematography, sound, and art departments; daily management of the on-set creative team; and final creative approval of all editorial cuts prior to delivery to the production company's executive board.

- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, specifically the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts (Code des Obligations et des Contrats) and applicable Moroccan intellectual property legislation. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- Intellectual Property: All creative works, directorial interpretations, storyboard materials, and editorial decisions produced by the Film Director in the course of this engagement shall become the exclusive property of Atlas Cinéma Productions SARL upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to be credited as "Directed by Karim Benjelloun" in all promotional and distribution materials for the film.
- Work Location: The primary base of operations for this engagement shall be the production offices located at 42 Boulevard d'Anfa, Casablanca, Morocco. All on-set activities shall be conducted at approved filming locations within the Casablanca-Settat region unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: The Film Director shall ensure full compliance with all Moroccan filming permits, local municipal regulations in Casablanca, and any requirements set forth by the Moroccan Cinema Center (Centre Cinématographique Marocain). All necessary permits for location shooting in Morocco Casablanca shall be obtained and maintained by the production company, with the Film Director's cooperation.
- Confidentiality: The Film Director agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all production materials, scripts, casting decisions, and creative strategies. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Film Director shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, and the production company shall retain all materials delivered to date.
- Insurance and Liability: The production company shall maintain comprehensive production insurance covering all personnel, including the Film Director, for the duration of the engagement in Morocco Casablanca. The Film Director shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, governmental restrictions, or natural disasters.
- Working Hours: Standard working hours for the Film Director shall be from 07:00 to 19:00, Monday through Saturday, in accordance with Moroccan labor practices for the film industry. Overtime beyond these hours shall be compensated at the rates specified in Item 05 of the scope of work.
- Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties. Any changes to the shooting schedule, creative scope, or financial terms must be documented as a formal addendum to this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. The Film Director confirms acceptance of the creative engagement for the production in Morocco Casablanca, and the production company confirms authorization of the financial commitment outlined herein.
