Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Dutch commercial law (Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code).

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam.
2. The Film Director shall maintain full professional liability insurance and professional indemnity coverage throughout the duration of the engagement in Netherlands Amsterdam.
3. All intellectual property rights in the final film, including but not limited to the director's cut, shall vest in Amsterdam Cinematic Productions B.V. upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and festival submissions.
4. The Film Director shall comply with all applicable Dutch labor regulations, municipal filming permits, and safety standards enforced by the city of Amsterdam and the province of North Holland.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of fourteen (14) calendar days. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Film Director for all work completed up to the date of termination.
6. All filming activities within the boundaries of Netherlands Amsterdam shall adhere to the Amsterdam Municipal Filming Code and require prior written approval from the City of Amsterdam's Film Office.
7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the creative content, financial terms of this Purchase Order, and any proprietary materials exchanged during the production period.
