Regulatory Compliance: The Film Director and all associated crew members must comply with all regulations issued by the General Commission for Audiovisual Content (GCAC) and the Saudi Film Commission. All filming permits specific to Saudi Arabia Jeddah locations must be obtained prior to the commencement of principal photography. The Film Director is responsible for ensuring that all content adheres to Saudi cultural and religious guidelines.
3. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 30% upon final delivery and written acceptance of the finished film. 4.
