1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Savonna Films Productions (Pty) Ltd and the Film Director upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. The Film Director shall comply with all applicable South African labour legislation, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993), for all crew and talent directed on set.
