Payment for this Purchase Order shall be structured as follows: an initial advance of 30% (€56,050.83) due within 10 business days of the Film Director's written acceptance of this Purchase Order; a second installment of 40% (€74,734.44) payable upon completion of principal photography; and a final balance of 30% (€56,050.83) payable within 15 business days of delivery of the final edited cut.
