The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties while stationed at the Australia Brisbane office premises:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning for all business units operating in Australia Brisbane and across the broader Australian market.
- Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets in alignment with the strategic objectives of Meridian Corporate Solutions Pty Ltd, ensuring full compliance with Australian corporate governance frameworks.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis between actual financial performance and budgeted figures, providing actionable recommendations to senior management in Australia Brisbane.
- Perform investment appraisal and capital expenditure (CAPEX) analysis, including net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and payback period calculations for proposed projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial ratios, ensuring timely delivery of reports to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team and external auditors during annual financial statement preparation, ensuring adherence to Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) requirements.
- Maintain and update the company's risk register, identifying financial risks specific to the Australia Brisbane operating environment, including currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, and market volatility.
- Support the procurement and accounts payable teams in Australia Brisbane with cost analysis, vendor financial evaluations, and contract financial reviews.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia Brisbane jurisdiction, and the Commonwealth of Australia.

- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Financial Analyst shall complete all outstanding deliverables and hand over all work-in-progress materials to the Australia Brisbane finance team.
- Compliance: The Financial Analyst must hold a valid Australian work visa or citizenship, possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant financial analysis experience, and maintain professional membership with CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation in Australia Brisbane. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the Queensland Small Claims Commission or the Supreme Court of Queensland.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Australia Brisbane region, pandemics, or government-mandated closures.
