The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Bangladesh Dhaka office:
- Prepare and maintain quarterly and annual financial models, variance analyses, and forecasting reports for the firm's portfolio of clients operating within Bangladesh and the broader South Asian market.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including equity research, fixed-income analysis, and sector-specific market assessments relevant to the Bangladesh Dhaka economy.
- Monitor regulatory developments issued by the Bangladesh Bank, BSEC, and the National Board of Revenue, and advise senior management on compliance implications.
- Develop and present investment memos, risk assessments, and capital allocation recommendations to the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee.
- Collaborate with the Internal Audit and Risk Management teams to ensure adherence to the firm's internal control framework and Bangladesh Dhaka regulatory reporting standards.
- Maintain a minimum of 95% accuracy in all financial data submissions and reporting deliverables.
- Payment Schedule: The Buyer shall remit the recruitment and placement fee (Item 01) within 15 business days of the Financial Analyst commencing duties in Bangladesh Dhaka. Monthly salary payments (Item 02) shall be processed by the 5th of each calendar month via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier.
- Payment Method: All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via interbank transfer to the Supplier's designated account at a commercial bank operating in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Invoice Requirements: The Supplier must submit a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (BD-DHK-FA-2025-0472) for each payment cycle. Invoices must include the Supplier's BIN, VAT registration number, and a breakdown of TDS deductions as applicable under Bangladesh tax law.
- Withholding Tax: The Buyer shall deduct and remit applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at the prevailing rate prescribed by the National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh, and provide the Financial Analyst with a TDS certificate within 30 days of each deduction.
The Financial Analyst shall report for duty at the Buyer's Bangladesh Dhaka headquarters (Banani Commercial Area) no later than 1 July 2025. The Supplier is responsible for completing all background verification, reference checks, and statutory registration formalities prior to the commencement date. Failure to deliver the Financial Analyst by the stipulated date shall entitle the Buyer to a penalty of BDT 25,000 per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 30 days, after which this Purchase Order may be terminated without liability.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement for a period of 12 months following the termination of the contract, as per standard practice for financial professionals in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within 30 days.
- The Supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst shall hold a valid CFA charter (Level II minimum) or an equivalent professional qualification recognized by the Bangladesh Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA).
- All intellectual property, financial models, research reports, and analytical work product created by the Financial Analyst during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Buyer.
- This Purchase Order shall remain in full force and effect for the 24-month contract period unless earlier terminated in accordance with Clause 6(c).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Financial Analyst at the Bangladesh Dhaka office.

This Purchase Order (BD-DHK-FA-2025-0472) is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. It constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement department of the Buyer at the Bangladesh Dhaka office.
