The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall fulfill the following responsibilities within the Canada Vancouver operational framework:

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as applicable in Canada.
• Develop and manage financial models for revenue forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and scenario analysis specific to the Canada Vancouver market conditions.
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership in Vancouver.
• Support the annual budgeting cycle and mid-year forecast updates in coordination with departmental heads across the Canada Vancouver office.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial ratios, presenting findings to the Board of Directors no less than quarterly.
