This Purchase Order is issued by Andina Corporate Solutions S.A.S. to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Financial Analyst to be deployed at our principal office in Colombia Bogotá. The Financial Analyst shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables as outlined in this Purchase Order:
- Preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Colombian accounting standards (NIC/IFRS) and the regulations established by the Superintendencia de Sociedades of Colombia.
- Development and management of financial models, budgeting processes, and variance analysis for all business units operating within Colombia Bogotá and regional offices.
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses, investment appraisals, and capital expenditure evaluations to support strategic decision-making by the executive leadership team.
- Monitoring cash flow, liquidity positions, and working capital management in coordination with the Treasury department located in Bogotá.
- Providing ad-hoc financial reporting and analytical support to the Board of Directors and external auditors as required under Colombian corporate governance frameworks.
- Collaborating with the Tax and Compliance team to ensure all financial documentation meets the requirements of the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) in Colombia Bogotá.
- Implementing and maintaining internal control procedures related to financial data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Payment for the services described in this Purchase Order shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of a valid invoice from TalentBridge Professional Services Ltda. All payments shall be processed via electronic bank transfer (EFT) to the account specified in Section 2. The Financial Analyst services fee (Item 01) and software licenses (Item 03) shall be invoiced monthly. The onboarding package (Item 02) and recruitment fee (Item 04) shall be invoiced as a one-time charge upon successful commencement of the Financial Analyst's duties in Colombia Bogotá. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la República de Colombia for overdue commercial obligations.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andina Corporate Solutions S.A.S. and TalentBridge Professional Services Ltda. for the provision of Financial Analyst services in Colombia Bogotá, effective from the date of the last signature below.
- The Financial Analyst shall comply with all applicable Colombian labor laws, including the Código Sustantivo del Trabajo (CST), and shall be registered with the relevant social security entities (EPS, pension fund, and ARL) in Bogotá D.C.
- TalentBridge Professional Services Ltda. warrants that the Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order possesses a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in financial analysis, holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited Colombian or international university, and is proficient in SAP, Excel (advanced), and Power BI.
- The Financial Analyst shall be subject to a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Data Protection) and the internal policies of Andina Corporate Solutions S.A.S.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Financial Analyst shall complete all outstanding deliverables and hand over all financial documentation, models, and reports to the Finance & Strategic Planning Division in Colombia Bogotá.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the applicable procedural norms.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- The Financial Analyst shall report directly to the Director of Finance at the Colombia Bogotá headquarters and shall attend all mandatory corporate meetings, training sessions, and compliance workshops scheduled by Andina Corporate Solutions S.A.S.
