6.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Financial Analyst upon signature by both parties. All terms are subject to the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

6.2 The Financial Analyst shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all financial data, proprietary models, and strategic information accessed during the performance of this Purchase Order. A breach of confidentiality shall entitle the Buyer to seek damages under Ethiopian civil law.

6.3 All services shall be performed in the Ethiopia Addis Ababa area. The Financial Analyst is expected to be physically present at the Buyer's Bole Road office no fewer than three (3) days per week, with the remaining days allocated to remote analytical work.

6.4 Payment shall be processed through the National Bank of Ethiopia or any licensed commercial bank operating in Addis Ababa. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-ETH-AA-2025-04782) to be processed.

6.5 The Financial Analyst shall be responsible for all personal income tax obligations as stipulated by the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority. The Buyer shall withhold applicable taxes at source where required by law.

6.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Financial Analyst shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

6.7 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
