This Purchase Order is issued by West African Financial Holdings Limited for the procurement of a qualified Financial Analyst professional to be deployed at the company's headquarters in Ghana Accra. The Financial Analyst shall be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial modeling, variance analysis, budget forecasting, investment portfolio evaluation, and regulatory compliance reporting in accordance with the standards set by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Ghana.
The Financial Analyst shall report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and shall operate from the designated workspace at 12 Independence Avenue, Osu District, Ghana Accra. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, cash flow projections, risk assessment reports, cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc analytical support for the Board of Directors. The Financial Analyst must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, possess at least five (5) years of progressive experience in financial analysis within the West African banking or corporate sector, and be proficient in advanced Excel, SAP Financial Modules, and Bloomberg Terminal.

- Payment shall be made in Ghana Cedi (GHS) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice.
- The initial onboarding fee (Item 02) is due within fourteen (14) days of the commencement date of the Financial Analyst engagement in Ghana Accra.
- Monthly retainers (Item 01) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month and are payable by the fifteenth (15th) business day of the same month.
- All payments are subject to the withholding tax provisions of the Ghana Income Tax Act, 2015 (Act 896), as applicable to professional services rendered in Ghana.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Ghanaian commercial law.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between West African Financial Holdings Limited and Accra Professional Talent Solutions Ltd. upon countersignature by both parties.
- The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all financial data, client information, and proprietary strategies of the purchasing entity.
- All work performed by the Financial Analyst shall be conducted in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
- The vendor shall ensure that the Financial Analyst maintains all necessary professional certifications and registrations valid in Ghana Accra throughout the contract period.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall facilitate a smooth transition of all analytical work, models, and documentation to the purchasing entity's internal team in Ghana Accra.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2015 (Act 911) of Ghana.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
The Financial Analyst shall report for duty at the WAFH headquarters located at 12 Independence Avenue, Osu District, Ghana Accra, no later than 08:00 hours on 01 July 2025. The vendor shall confirm the identity, qualifications, and availability of the Financial Analyst in writing no fewer than ten (10) business days prior to the commencement date. Failure to meet this deadline shall entitle the purchasing entity to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty or financial obligation.
