1. Description of Purchase Order and Scope of EngagementThis Purchase Order is issued by Savannah Business Consultancy Limited, a registered firm operating out of Kenya Nairobi, to formally engage the services of a qualified Financial Analyst through Meridian Talent Solutions Ltd. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to procure professional financial analysis services for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing 01 August 2025 and concluding 31 July 2026. The Financial Analyst shall be based at our principal office located in the Westlands business district of Kenya Nairobi and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial models, conducting variance analysis, producing monthly and quarterly financial reports, performing budget forecasting, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic financial recommendations to the executive leadership team. All deliverables must comply with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Kenya and the regulatory requirements of the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya.

3.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995.
3.2 The Financial Analyst shall be required to work from the Savannah Business Consultancy Limited office in Kenya Nairobi, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 East Africa Time (EAT), with reasonable flexibility for project deadlines.
3.3 Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from Meridian Talent Solutions Ltd. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at Equity Bank, Kenya Nairobi branch.
3.4 The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all financial data, client information, and proprietary business strategies of Savannah Business Consultancy Limited. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action.
3.5 Meridian Talent Solutions Ltd. shall provide a replacement Financial Analyst of equivalent or superior qualifications within ten (10) business days should the initially assigned analyst be unable to continue the engagement for any reason.
3.6 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, all work in progress shall be delivered and settled in full.
3.7 The Financial Analyst shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya, particularly when handling sensitive financial records and client data within the Kenya Nairobi office.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Financial Analyst in Kenya Nairobi.
