- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Pacific Rim Corporate Advisory Ltd. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Meridian Talent Solutions (NZ) Ltd. (hereinafter "the Supplier") for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing support of a Financial Analyst within the New Zealand Auckland metropolitan area.
- The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in corporate financial analysis within the New Zealand or equivalent international market.
- All services and deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be performed in accordance with the New Zealand Employment Relations Act 2000, the New Zealand Companies Act 1993, and all applicable local regulations governing professional services engagements in New Zealand Auckland.
- The Supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst placed under this Purchase Order shall be fully authorised to work in New Zealand, holding either a valid New Zealand work visa, permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship. The Supplier shall provide documentary evidence of work eligibility prior to the commencement date of 01 August 2025.
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated New Zealand bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment of up to 15% of the total Purchase Order value until the Financial Analyst has successfully completed the initial ninety (90) day probationary period.
- The Financial Analyst shall be based at the Buyer's principal office located at Level 12, 100 Queen Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, and shall report directly to the Chief Financial Officer of the Auckland operations division.
- Any variation, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements regarding the scope of the Financial Analyst engagement shall not be binding.
- The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NZD $5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Dispute Resolution Service of the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, with jurisdiction in Auckland.
- The Supplier acknowledges that all intellectual property, financial models, reports, and analytical work product created by the Financial Analyst during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Buyer.
