- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Capital Harbour Financial Group Ltd and Pacific Rim Talent Solutions Ltd for the engagement of a Financial Analyst to be based in New Zealand Wellington. Both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.
- The Financial Analyst shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the designated office location in New Zealand Wellington. Failure to commence within five (5) business days of the agreed start date shall entitle the purchasing entity to terminate this Purchase Order without penalty.
- All services rendered by the Financial Analyst shall comply with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Companies Act 2013, and all applicable New Zealand employment legislation. The supplier shall ensure the Financial Analyst holds valid working rights in New Zealand.
- Payment shall be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via electronic funds transfer to the supplier's nominated bank account within New Zealand. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-WLG-2025-0472) to be processed.
- The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement and intellectual property assignment in favour of Capital Harbour Financial Group Ltd for the duration of the engagement and for a period of twenty-four (24) months thereafter.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the District Court of New Zealand Wellington.
- The supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst meets all qualifications, certifications, and experience requirements specified in Section 4 of this Purchase Order. Any material misrepresentation shall render this Purchase Order voidable at the sole discretion of the purchasing entity.
