This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of professional Financial Analyst services for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1st August 2025, to be performed at our principal office located in Nigeria Abuja.
The engagement of this Financial Analyst is necessitated by the expanding portfolio of Meridian Capital Advisory Group Ltd. and the increasing demand for specialized financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment analysis within the Nigeria Abuja financial corridor. The Financial Analyst shall report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and shall operate within the regulatory framework established by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Nigeria and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
2. SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE FINANCIAL ANALYSTThe Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities while stationed at our Nigeria Abuja office:

Payment Terms: The total sum of Twenty-Eight Million, One Hundred and Eleven Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Naira (NGN 28,111,250.00) shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 50% upon successful onboarding and commencement of the Financial Analyst's duties in Nigeria Abuja, and the remaining 20% upon satisfactory completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Talent Solutions Nigeria Ltd. as detailed in the supplier's tax invoice.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Capital Advisory Group Ltd. and Apex Talent Solutions Nigeria Ltd. for the provision of Financial Analyst services in Nigeria Abuja. Both parties shall be bound by the terms herein and by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
4.2 The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be required to maintain professional certifications including but not limited to CFA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications recognized by the relevant Nigerian professional bodies. The supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in financial analysis within the Nigerian banking or capital markets sector.
4.3 The Financial Analyst shall be required to work from the Meridian Capital Advisory Group office at 14, Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse II, Nigeria Abuja, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with availability for occasional weekend work during peak reporting periods.
4.4 Apex Talent Solutions Nigeria Ltd. shall bear full responsibility for the employment tax obligations, pension contributions (as per the Pension Reform Act 2014), and statutory deductions applicable to the Financial Analyst while performing duties in Nigeria Abuja.
4.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Financial Analyst's remaining monthly fees shall be prorated, and the supplier shall refund any unearned portion of the advance payment within fourteen (14) business days.
4.6 The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary financial data, client information, and strategic plans of Meridian Capital Advisory Group Ltd. Breach of confidentiality shall render the supplier liable for damages as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria Abuja.
4.7 All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Abuja, FCT.
4.8 This Purchase Order is subject to the approval of the Meridian Capital Advisory Group board of directors and shall not be considered valid until countersigned by the Managing Director.
5. DELIVERY AND COMMENCEMENTThe Financial Analyst shall be available for duty at the Meridian Capital Advisory Group office in Nigeria Abuja no later than 1st August 2025. The supplier, Apex Talent Solutions Nigeria Ltd., shall ensure that all onboarding documentation, regulatory registrations with the SEC Nigeria, and professional indemnity insurance are completed prior to the commencement date. Failure to meet the commencement date shall entitle Meridian Capital Advisory Group Ltd. to a penalty of NGN 50,000 per day of delay, up to a maximum of thirty (30) days, after which this Purchase Order may be voided at the sole discretion of the buyer.
