- Commencement: The Financial Analyst shall report for duty at the client's premises in Pakistan Islamabad no later than 21 June 2025. The vendor shall ensure all onboarding formalities, including NADRA registration verification and bank account setup, are completed prior to the first working day.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Pakistan Islamabad within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The initial recruitment fee (Item 01) is due upon successful placement. Monthly fees (Items 02, 03, and 05) are payable in arrears by the 5th of the following month.
- Performance Standards: The Financial Analyst shall deliver all financial reports, models, and analytical deliverables in accordance with the project timelines agreed upon in the Statement of Work annexed to this Purchase Order. Failure to meet deliverable deadlines for two consecutive months shall entitle the client to a 10% service credit.
- Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary financial data, client information, and strategic plans of Meridian Corporate Solutions. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall ensure a smooth transition of the Financial Analyst's ongoing work and deliverables to the client or a successor provider in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Compliance: The vendor warrants that the Financial Analyst holds valid professional certifications recognized by the relevant Pakistani regulatory bodies and that all statutory deductions (income tax, social security) are remitted in compliance with FBR and PEPRA regulations applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Pakistan Islamabad, or pandemics, provided that written notice is given within five (5) business days.
This Purchase Order constitutes a binding offer for the procurement of Financial Analyst services as described herein. The vendor's acceptance of this Purchase Order shall be deemed complete upon countersignature below.
