The primary subject of this Purchase Order is the engagement of a qualified Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting services to the Finance & Analytics Division of our organization operating out of Qatar Doha.

The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial reports, conducting variance analyses, developing capital expenditure models, and delivering actionable insights to senior management. All deliverables produced by the Financial Analyst must comply with the accounting standards recognized by the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in the State of Qatar.

The Financial Analyst contracted pursuant to this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the Qatar Doha office premises or as otherwise directed by the engagement manager:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts in accordance with QFC regulatory requirements applicable in Qatar Doha.
• Develop and maintain rolling 12-month financial forecasts and three-year strategic budgets for all business units.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis between actual performance and budgeted figures, providing root-cause explanations to the CFO.
• Build and update discounted cash flow (DCF) models, net present value (NPV) analyses, and return on investment (ROI) assessments for proposed capital projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive dashboards for the Board of Directors.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings required by the Qatar Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance for entities registered in Qatar Doha.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual and interim audit cycles.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as directed by the Finance Director.

Payment shall be made in monthly installments of QAR 45,000.00 plus applicable project fees, due within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the vendor. All payments under this Purchase Order shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in a Qatari commercial bank. The total contract value of this Purchase Order is QAR 621,500.00 (Six Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Five Hundred Qatari Riyals).

The engagement of the Financial Analyst under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months, concluding on 30 June 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination clause herein. The Financial Analyst is expected to report to the Al Rayyan Corporate Services LLC office located in the Financial District, Qatar Doha, on a full-time basis, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM QST, with a half-day on Friday.

• Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst shall maintain strict confidentiality over all financial data, proprietary models, and internal reports accessed during the engagement. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) executed prior to commencement is a prerequisite under this Purchase Order.
• Compliance: All services rendered by the Financial Analyst must comply with the laws of the State of Qatar, including the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004), QFC regulations, and anti-money laundering directives issued by the Qatar Central Bank.
• Intellectual Property: All work product, models, reports, and analyses created by the Financial Analyst in the course of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Al Rayyan Corporate Services LLC.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected immediately upon written notice.
• Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Qatar International and Financial Centre (QIFC) Courts in Qatar Doha.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting Qatar Doha.
